Local Deliveries: We proudly offer local deliveries within Rwanda. Our shipping options include, but are not limited to, standard delivery via Bike or Vehicle, ensuring that you receive your order promptly within 1 working day for local deliveries.

International Shipping: For our international customers, we offer shipping options through Standard Post Office and DHL. Upon placing an international order, you will receive a shipping notification email detailing the carrier of your choice for your order and providing various tracking options.

Delivery Timeframe:

• International Deliveries: Expect your order via standard delivery within 4-7 business days from the date of shipment.
• Order Processing: Once your payment is authorized and verified, please allow up to two days for order processing. Note that this is an estimate and excludes weekends or holidays.

Delivery Address: Kindly ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address during Business Hours (between 08:00 and 17:00 on Business Days) to receive your order.
